We refuse to use traditional liquid paint, as it often peels or flakes within 1-2 years of outdoor exposure. TECTON insists on an Electrostatic Powder Coating process using AkzoNobel powder.

• The Process: The powder is cured at high temperatures to fuse with the hot-dip galvanized steel, creating a seamless armor.

Uncompromised Safety: 12mm Tempered Glass (Safety Standard)

Padel is a high-intensity sport. The glass wall is a critical part of the defense and must withstand frequent, violent impacts. TECTON draws a line on safety and never compromises.

• The Standard: We strictly recommend and supply 12mm Tempered Glass (CCC/CE/EN 12150-1 Certified) for all international projects.
• Why It Matters: The 12mm thickness significantly increases impact resistance and structural stability, providing maximum protection for players during high-speed play.

Rigid Defense: High-Tensile Steel Mesh (Vs. Soft/Plastic Mesh)

A common but hidden risk in cheap courts is "ball penetration"—where a high-speed ball forces its way through soft or overly elastic mesh (like PP material).

• The Spec: We use customized Standard 50x50mm High-Tensile Steel Mesh.

• The Test: Our mesh is tested for high rigidity to ensure zero elastic deformation upon impact.

Professional Ground: 58,800 Density Turf (Vs. Low-Density Sand-Filled Turf)

We don't hide poor quality under the sand. While competitors use low-density turf (40,000–50,000 tufts/m²) and overfill it with sand to cut costs, we stick to professional standards.

• The Spec: 58,800 tufts/m² High-Density Monofilament Turf.

• The Performance: Higher density provides better grip, consistent ball bounce, and prevents "bald spots" from forming after heavy usage. We prioritize Competition Blue with high UV stabilizers.
